Phoenix Fire Alarms Ltd is a family run business with in excess of 17 years experience in the fire protection industry. After Russell’s illustrious career as an international swimmer, he to decided to retrain as an electrician because his family roots were in the construction industry.
His wife Sara, having been an Executive PA in the City of London and then a Town Clerk for many years, finally realised that running their own business was a natural progression. After qualifying as an electrician Russell fell into the fire alarm industry, which he then excelled in, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of fire protection.
He worked for a large national fire alarm company and was their lead engineer nationwide. He single-handedly looked after major accounts within London and the South East servicing and maintaining some very complex fire alarm systems.
It was a natural progression for Russell and Sara to start their own business with their combined skill sets, the aim of providing a high quality, bespoke and personal service.
They have grown their business from scratch, based on hard work and customer driven service and can now boast some very prestigious clients.
However, all customers, whether they be large or small are treated with the same respect and personal service.
