If we cannot rectify or trace the fault within the time allowed for in our initial call out charge, we will let you know and give you the opportunity of deciding whether you wish for us to continue looking for it. On the other hand, we may find the fault quickly, but it is a much bigger job to rectify on a call out basis, so we will provide you with a full quotation, allowing you to make an informed choice.
We aim to be with you within 4 hours and strive to obtain at least a 97% first fix rate.
